Do I have to be an athlete to do CycleTourSA trip?

No, but it helps to be a little fit. CycleTourSA trips are not athletic events. We're not champion cyclists out to challenge your limits. We cycle simply because we believe this is the best way to get a real taste of this part of the country. If you can get some cycling in before you leave, you'll have no trouble going the distance. For more details on the kinds of distances and terrain we cover, see Activity Levels.
